Description
Changzhou is situated in China , next to the Yangtze River with over 5 million residents. The city signed Twin Cities agreement with Netanya on April 24th 2023- the two Mayors –Mrs Miriam Fierberg-Ikar and Ms Sheng Lei represented the cities. High ranked officials and representatives of the Chinese Embassy as well as members of the Municipality of Changzho
The city is known for its Smart Innovation Parks – one of them is hosting hubs of Israeli –Chinese collaborations in Innovation and is obliged to promote Israeli Chinese corporation in the technological
economic and academic fields
Many delegations have visited Netanya in the years prior to the Covid 19 pandemic and Netanya is welcoming corporations between the cities in the future.
