Astronomy workshop introductory meeting “Next stop – Mars”

16:30 – 17:30 for ages 5-8

18:00 – 19:00 for ages 8-10

Launching new planetarium telescopes

18:00-19:45 Observation through telescopes and guidance on the moon,

Venus, Mars, the Pleiades and Orion

* Weather permitting (no rain)

 

Man in space or why we won’t  get to Mars soon

20:00 – A lecture by Ilan Manolis / director of the observatory – Weizmann Institute
