The Netanya Museum invites you on a fascinating journey into the city’s history.
The Netanya Museum opens its doors for a morning of discovery and history. Traveling back in time, we will return to 1929, the year the cornerstone of the young colony was laid. We will hear the stories of the clandestine immigrants who arrived at the city’s shores in the dead of night, and discover how Netanya became what it is today.
During the visit, you can peek into the original room of the city’s founder, Oved Ben-Ami, see with your own eyes a secret weapons cache (Slik) from the underground period, and view a model of a diamond polishing machine – the industry that brought Netanya its worldwide fame. 💎
Guided tours will depart every hour on the hour, so you can join at your own pace and enjoy an enriching cultural experience close to home.
