Curator’s statement:
A door is an opening through which one steps in and through which one goes out, on the road. The door symbolizes the beginning of something but can also close and end a path. We meet doors every day from the moment the day starts at home in the kitchen room and on the way out to the car/train. There are doors with numbers and there are doors with mezuzahs.
