Dear visitors,
The flowering season in the urban Iris Reserve began.
Please note that this urban nature site contains a wide variety of rare and unique species of flora and fauna in Israel and it contains the largest concentration in Israel (and worldwide) of purple iris!
Please help us keep it for you and for years to come:
• Be sure to walk only on foot and without motorized tools and do not enter the protected areas.
• No scooters / ATVs are allowed
• Dogs should not be released
• Please make sure to remove the garbage in the designated waste bins.
Free guided tours will take place in the reserve in the coming weeks and will be published on this page and on the municipal website. We look forward to your participation.
