The city’s southernmost beach is located near Ramat Poleg and “Q” Hotel on the southern side of Netanya City. The beach has a gourmet restaurant, buffet, changing rooms, restrooms, showers, first aid, pavilions for shade, fitness facilities, a beach football field and volleyball.
There are several surfing clubs that operate throughout the year. On the north side of the beach there is a designated area for motorized water sports, including boats, motorcycles, etc. On the southern side of Poleg Beach you can watch a lovely sight of gliders. Very often there are up to 70 gliders in the air at one time.
There is a fee for parking. There is a large parking lot, which is also used for motorized marine vehicle accessibility.
