Maestro Gil Shohat hosts Maya Avraham.
Maya Avraham — singer, creator, and above all a captivating performer — joins Maestro Gil Shohat for a romantic concert filled with longing, love, forgiveness, smiles, and farewell. After her unique vocal tone was discovered in Idan Raichel’s project, it was only a matter of time before Maya Avraham became one of today’s most successful, beloved, and moving young singers.
In her first joint orchestral performance with Shohat, her beautiful songs will be performed on stage for the first time alongside classics such as “What Is Love”, together with classical works for string orchestra and two pianos — including Bach’s Double Concerto and a special arrangement of Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings, adapted for two pianos and strings.
