Traditional Dress of Jewish Women – From the Time of Maimonides to the Present Day ✨
A fascinating journey through the clothing traditions of Jewish communities from around the world.
In this new exhibition by designer Naomi Kogan, visitors will encounter remarkable female figures inspired by diverse Jewish communities — from Moroccan caftans and Bukharian velvet to Yemenite silver jewelry, Ashkenazi embroidery, and the traditional attire of Ethiopian Jews.
Each piece in the exhibition is the result of extensive research, meticulous craftsmanship, and the incorporation of authentic antique items collected over 15 years from around the world. The result is a captivating meeting point of history, culture, identity, and contemporary design.
