Experience brand-new creative collaborations blending musical genres from opera and romances to rock. Enjoy jazz-infused variations of works by Tchaikovsky, Grieg, Gershwin, Ellington, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Benny Goodman, Depeche Mode, and more.
Artists:
- Alexander Brill – Tenor saxophonist, renowned jazz musician, composer, and teacher. He has performed and organized concerts with Leonid Ptashka, Igor Brill, Jonathan Blake, Hans Glawischnig, Alex Sipiagin, Andrey Makarevich, Viktor Shenderovich, Alexey Kortnev, and others. A participant in numerous festivals in the USA, Israel, France, Austria, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Canada, Indonesia, the Baltics, and beyond.
- Maria Brill – Soprano, international competition laureate, and teacher. She is the founder and artistic director of the international organ festival “Organ and Jazz.” She has participated in festivals in the USA, Israel, the Netherlands, China, Latvia, Poland, and more.
- Stanislav Zilberman – Percussionist specializing in Jazz, Latin, and Fusion. He has performed with leading jazz musicians in Israel and abroad, including Leonid Ptashka, Guy Mintus, Yaron Gottfried, Joel Alexander, Jay Rodriguez, and James Morrison.
- Lev Elgardt – Bass profundo soloist with a unique voice. A graduate of the St. Petersburg State Music Conservatory and the Mariinsky Theatre’s Young Singers Academy, he has appeared in productions such as Fidelio (Beethoven), Carmen (Bizet), Don Giovanni (Mozart), Manon Lescaut (Puccini), The Freeshooter (Weber), King Lear (Slominsky), Eugene Onegin (Tchaikovsky), and others. Winner of international competitions, including the Grand Prix of the “Golden Hanukkah” International Vocal Competition in Berlin.
- Yakov Muravin – Began his music career in Russia, blending rock and classical influences. After moving to Israel, he studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Music under Professor Isaac Katz. His repertoire, filled with technically challenging works, naturally led him to jazz. His passion for classical and rock, combined with impeccable technique, has established him as one of Israel’s leading jazz pianists and bandleaders.
The project previously enjoyed successful performances this year in Haifa (Rappoport Hall) and Ashdod (Matnas Duna Yud).
