Next Tuesday: Prepare for the Day of Good Deeds in Netanya

The residents of the city of Netanya will celebrate the “Good deeds Day” next Tuesday (28/3) – a special day that will bring together more than 5000 volunteers and 60 projects designed to do good for the community.

So what awaits us next Tuesday? From about 9:30 am, some 500 youngsters from the Ort Leibowitz High School will walk the “good deeds march” that will start at the municipal Culture Center and finish at the newly renovated Independence Square, where will be held a unique fair of organizations and non-profit associations that will include information stands, a take-give market, fundraising for special projects and more. .

In addition, there will be a host of other events that re purely for the love of others such as: planting gardens in the community, “coming to renovate you” (renovating and redecorating homes for low-income families), volunteering in retirement homes and distributing food packages to the needy, a secular-religious dialogue and other surprises.
