Exhibition – sale, performances and artists’ evenings
The work of an artist is divided into two: the shown part and the undercover part. We wanted to show this division in our project. What is included within the frame of our art creation and what is left outside of it, in the cutting room. This is an experiment to look through the eyes of the artist and his work and to pay attention to materials which did not get into the art work.
Each one of the participants works in a different style: illustration, graphics, painting, wood painting and metal work. Each one of them has a lot to say about the materials which are left outside of the range of sight of the viewers. The visitors will find out for themselves what was left out…
As for the sound track of our exhibition: live shows in various styles: Jazz, rock, electronic music – each note adds another layer to the artworks which are exhibited.
